The complexity of the multiple disability brings every professional to question his/her practice in order to find the right answer to match the problems of the patient's health. This kind of patients present neurological damages which lead to tonic disorders, among other disorders, and thus frequently ends to abnormal postures. These abnormal postures develop themselves around pathological support points (fulcrums) which hinder the movements. This lack of organization in the movement and the poverty of its diversification stress the unsmooth and even splitting body life and they have an impact on the construction of the physical axis. This physical axis is made of two components, a physical one and a psychic one. The physical axis constitutes a mark in the organization of the body and thus in the movement in the space. Through a clinical case, we are going to underline the advantages of a multiple point of view when accompanying the multi-handicapped patients at best in the integration of their physical axis. We shall see that the multidisciplinary approach can improve the quality of the care if the patient is the heart of the concerns of health workers.
