Résumé |
Les causes les plus fréquentes de troubles rotationnels chez l’enfant sont l’hyperantéversion fémorale et l’hypotorsion tibiale externe. Un premier cas clinique présente une jeune patiente marchant les pieds en rotation interne et souffrant de talalgie droite ; le second cas une patiente marchant les pieds en rotation interne exagérée avec une usure très importante de ses chaussures.

The most frequent causes of rotational problems in children are femoral hyperanteversion and external tibial hypotorsion. A first clinical case presents a young patient with her feet in internal rotation and suffering from right heel pain; the second case presents a patient with excessive internal rotation and considerable wear to her shoes.
