Résumé |
La sophro-induction anesthésique (SIA) est une technique d’accompagnement du patient lors de l’induction anesthésique, adaptée de la sophrologie caycédienne et permettant une induction dans la sérénité. La SIA réduit les réactions de stress et permet au patient de maîtriser son rythme respiratoire et la conscience de son corps. Cette technique est utilisée depuis quelques années au CHU de Rouen et apporte un réel bénéfice tant aux patients qu’à l’équipe soignante.

The sophro-induction of anaesthesia (SIA) is a technique used to support patients during the induction of anaesthesia, adapted from Caycedian sophrology and enabling patients to feel calm and relaxed as the anaesthesia is induced. SIA reduces stress reactions and helps the patient to manage their breathing and the awareness of their body. This technique has been used for some years at Rouen general hospital and offers real benefits both to patients and the nursing team.
