Résumé
Présentation du harcèlement moral dans le milieu hospitalier et de la conception du traitement hospitalier à la Klinik Berus (pratiqué en allemand et en français).
Les propositions du traitement reposent sur une thérapie de groupe cognitivo-comportementale et une démarche orientée au but et à la résolution de problèmes. Il est tenu compte aussi bien des composantes concernant l’aspect organisationnel que des auteurs de harcèlement ainsi que des critères propres aux victimes du harcèlement. Un questionnaire de catamnèse confirme l’efficacité de ce traitement.
Abstract
Bullying in the workplace: principes and cognitive-behavioral therapy of psychosomatic disorders in relation to bullying in an inpatient setting
The concept of bullying at work and the inpatient treatment at the Klinik Berus for patients suffering from this situation are presented.
The therapeutic propositions are based on a cognitive-behavioral group psychotherapy concept using a goal and solution-orientated approach. Have been taken into consideration the perspective of the organization, the perspective of the perpetrator and the personal side of the victim. A follow-up questionnaire confirms the efficacy of the treatment.
