Résumé

Les hernies de Spiegel sont rares et de diagnostic difficile en raison de leur développement interstitiel. Ce diagnostic est maintenant facilité par les procédés d'imagerie moderne, d'échographie et de scanner. Ces hernies comportent un risque d'étranglement non négligeable qui justifie la cure chirurgicale de toute hernie de Spiegel diagnostiquée. Elles peuvent être traitées par abord direct ou par laparoscopie.
