Résumé |
Introduction et objectifs |
Peu d’études ont analysé les réactions d’un dirigeant d’entreprise en fonction du degré de justice organisationnelle adopté par ses managers vis-à-vis de leurs subordonnés. De même, les liens entre justice organisationnelle et croyance en un monde juste ont rarement été étudiés. L’objectif de cette étude est d’examiner si les trois dimensions de la justice organisationnelle mises en acte par un manager ont un impact sur les perceptions et réactions du supérieur hiérarchique de ce manager et si le degré de croyance en un monde juste médiatise ces perceptions et réactions.
Méthodes |
Sur le plan de la méthode, 410 hommes et femmes exerçant une activité professionnelle ont tenu le rôle d’un supérieur hiérarchique devant évaluer un manager adoptant, sur chacune des trois dimensions de la justice organisationnelle, une conduite juste vs injuste. Les participants ont aussi été questionnés sur leur niveau de croyance en un monde juste en différenciant croyance en un monde juste pour soi versus pour autrui.
Résultats |
Les résultats montrent des effets principaux et des effets d’interaction entre les trois formes de justice sur le score de perception du manager, l’intention de lui attribuer une prime et le montant de la prime attribuée. Les résultats indiquent aussi une influence du degré de croyance en un monde juste pour soi sur l’évaluation du manager, mais sans interaction entre croyance en un monde juste et les dimensions de la justice organisationnelle.
Conclusion |
La conclusion synthétise les résultats principaux, en examine les limites et aborde leurs implications théoriques et pratiques.

Introduction and objectives |
Few studies analyzed the reactions of a company head according to the degree of organizational justice adopted by his managers towards their subordinates. Similarly, the links between organizational justice and belief in a just world have rarely been studied. The aim of this research is to examine whether the three dimensions of organizational justice implemented by a manager have role of supervisor who had to value a manager who adopted, on each of the three dimensions of organizational justice, a just vs. unjust conduct. Participants were also asked about their belief in a just world an impact on the perceptions and reactions of the supervisor of the manager, and if the degree of belief in a just world mediates these perceptions and reactions.
Method |
In terms of method, 410 men and women with a professional activity held the role of supervisor who had to value a manager who adopted, on each of the three dimensions of organizational justice, a just vs. unjust conduct. Participants were also asked about their belief in a just world, with a differentiation between personal belief in a just world versus belief in a just world to others.
Results |
The results show main effects and interaction effects between the three forms of justice on the manager's perception score, intends to award him a bonus, and the amount of assigned bonus. The results also indicate an influence of the degree of personal just world belief on the evaluation of the manager, but without interaction between just world belief and the dimensions of organizational justice.
Conclusions |
The conclusion summarizes the main findings, examines their limits and deals with their theoretical and practical implications.
