La pathologie de l’oreille nécessite une bonne connaissance de l’anatomie du rocher pour effectuer un diagnostic le plus précis possible. Le but de ce travail est de rappeler les principaux repères anatomiques de l’oreille. L’oreille externe, l’oreille moyenne et le labyrinthe osseux sont étudiés en tomodensitométrie spiralée. Le labyrinthe membraneux et le paquet acoustico-facial sont décrits en imagerie par résonance magnétique.

Good anatomical knowledge is necessary to make an effective diagnosis in ear pathology. The purpose of this article is to summarize the main landmarks of the ear. Anatomic definitions of the external ear, middle ear, and bony labyrinth are described on routine spiral CT, and the anatomic definition of the membranous labyrinth and the cochleovestibular nerve on MRI is reviewed.
