Le lymphome malin non Hodgkinien primitif du foie est une entité très rare, comparée à l’atteinte lymphomateuse secondaire. Il est exceptionnellement rencontré chez l’enfant. À travers l’observation d’un enfant âgé de 9 ans présentant un lymphome hépatique primitif, les auteurs rapportent les différents aspects radiologiques du lymphome primitif du foie en insistant sur le rôle de l’imagerie dans le diagnostic et le suivi post thérapeutique.

Primary non Hodgkin’s lymphoma of the liver is a very rare entity, compared with secondary hepatic lymphomatous involvement. It is exceptional in children. The authors report the case of a 9 year-old boy, who presents a primary hepatic lymphoma and review the role of medical imaging for diagnosis and follow-up.
