CO-OP (cognitive orientation to daily occupational performance) est une approche cognitive de résolution de problèmes qui s’appuie sur la découverte guidée de stratégies efficientes afin d’améliorer la performance dans les activités de la vie quotidienne. L’efficacité de cette approche top-down a été prouvée auprès de différentes populations, notamment auprès d’enfants paralysés cérébraux. Cet article se propose de discuter de l’apport de CO-OP auprès des enfants paralysés cérébraux, notamment à travers un retour d’expérience.

CO-OP (cognitive orientation to daily occupational performance) is a problem solving cognitive approach based on the guided discovery of efficient strategies to improve performance in daily life activities. This top-down approach has been shown to be effective with different populations, including children with cerebral palsy (CP). The aim of this article is to discuss the contribution of CO-OP to children with CP, particularly through feedback.
