Résumé |
La création du poste d’infirmière puéricultrice coordinatrice répond à une nouvelle organisation de l’hospitalisation en ambulatoire. Par ses missions et par sa vision globale des patients en attente d’hospitalisation – une connaissance des différentes spécialités et une proximité avec l’ensemble des protagonistes –, elle joue au quotidien un rôle primordial dans l’optimisation du parcours patient programmé en pédiatrie médico-chirurgicale.

creation of the post of paediatric nurse coordinator is a response to a new organisation of outpatient hospitalisation. Through her missions and her global vision of patients awaiting hospitalisation – knowledge of the different specialities and proximity to all the protagonists – she plays a key role in optimising the programmed patient journey in medical and surgical paediatrics on a daily basis.
