Résumé |
Introduction |
L’objectif cette étude était de mettre en lumière l’état des lieux de l’utilisation des anti-TNF (adalimumab et étanercept) chez les patients atteints de rhumatisme inflammatoire chronique dans une unité de la pharmacie de l’hôpital militaire d’instruction Mohammed V.
Matériels et méthodes |
Il s’agit d’une étude prospective réalisée au niveau du pôle pharmacie de l’hôpital militaire de Rabat et incluant des patients traités avec l’adalimumab et l’étanercept et qui a duré 67jours. Le recueil des informations a été fait grâce à un interrogatoire direct avec le patient et à l’aide d’une fiche contenant les différents points en rapport avec le traitement anti-TNF α.
Résultats |
Au total 76 patients ont été inclus, avec un nombre égal entre les patients de sexe masculin et féminin. L’âge moyen était de 49,8±12,8 ans. L’étanercept était le traitement le plus employé dans la polyarthrite rhumatoïde (PR) (79 %) et la spondylarthrite ankylosante (SpA) (59 %). Les anti-TNF alpha étaient prescrits en monothérapie dans 46 % des cas. En cas d’associations, le méthotrexate était le plus employé (39 %). Le site d’injection le plus utilisé était au niveau de l’abdomen (28,9 %). Le traitement par les anti-TNF alpha était bien toléré dans la plupart des cas (69,7 %).
Conclusion |
Le traitement employé était en adéquation avec les recommandations de la Société marocaine de rhumatologie. Nos patients avaient une bonne connaissance par rapport à leur traitement anti-TNF α et certaines informations nécessaires et jugées utiles ont été fournies aux patients admis à la pharmacie.

Introduction |
The objective of this study is to describe the use of anti-TNFs (adalimumab and etanercept) in patients with chronic inflammatory rheumatism in a pharmacy unit at the Mohammed V Military Instruction Hospital.
Materials and methods |
This is a prospective study carried out at the Pharmacy Unit of the Rabat Military Hospital and included patients treated with adalimumab and etanercept and lasted 67 days. The information was collected through direct questioning with the patient and using a sheet containing the various points relating to anti-TNF α treatment.
Results |
A total of 76 patients were included, with an equal number of male and female patients. The average age was 49.8±12.8years. Etanercept was the most widely used treatment in rheumatoid arthritis (79%) and ankylosing spondylitis (59%). Anti-TNF alpha was prescribed as monotherapy in 46% of cases. When combined, methotrexate was most used (39%). The most commonly used injection site was in the abdomen (28.9%). Treatment with anti-TNF alpha was well tolerated in most cases (69%).
Conclusion |
The treatment used was in line with the guidelines of the Moroccan Society of Rheumatology. Our patients had a good knowledge of their anti-TNF α treatment and certain necessary and deemed useful information was provided to patients admitted to the pharmacy.
