Since last year, student nurses have become potential candidates for the competitive entrance examination to the school of state-qualified operating room nurses (Ibode) since the abolition of the two years of compulsory nursing practice.
It has therefore become necessary for the Ibode tutors, who are responsible for welcoming and integrating nursing students in the operating room, to review this priority in order to adapt their course. The objective is to move them from the status of observers to the role of actors, fully integrated into the operating room team.
