Laparoscopic Gastric Bypass can be safely performed in patients with midgut malrotation (MM). Absence of an internal hernia is considered one of the advantages of one anastomosis gastric bypass (OAGB). Nevertheless, the occurrence of an internal hernia after OAGB has been reported. We present a case of 37-year-old woman presented a cecal resulting from internal hernia following OAGB in a patient with midgut malrotation
