Syndrome de Sweet lympho-histiocytaire post-vaccinal

Histiocytoid Sweet Syndrome (SS) is a particular form of SS with lymphohistiocytic infiltrate. Iatrogenic cause are much more common in this form. We report a case of post-vaccine histiocytoid SS. A 65-year-old man developed febrile eruption 24h after administration of anti-pneumococcal vaccine. A diagnosis of vaccine-induced histiocytoid SS was made on the basis of a skin biopsy and imputability. Complete regression of lesions was obtained after 7 days of dermocorticoids.

Le syndrome de Sweet (SS) lymphohistiocytaire est une forme particulière de SS caractérisée par un infiltrat dermique histiocytaire. Les étiologies iatrogènes sont beaucoup plus fréquentes dans cette entité. Nous rapportant le cas d’un patient de 65 ans ayant présenté 24h après l’administration d’un vaccin anti-pneumococcique une éruption cutanée fébrile. Le diagnostic de SS lymphohistiocytaire post-vaccinal était confirmé à l’histologie avec étude de pharmacovigilance. Le patient a bien évolué sous dermocorticoïdes.
