Le flicage, un comportement managérial pervers - 12/07/22
Censorship, a perverse managerial behavior

Controlling activities is necessary in management. Often used to denounce excessive controlling behavior by managers, the idiom “keep tabs on” is rarely defined as a concept. Sometimes it is considered as moral harassment, but it is not the same for a number of activities (whether they are authorized but highly supervised by national authorities, or simply related to the follow-up of transgressive behaviors to be sanctioned, or of infringements of the rules to be encouraged). It is therefore essential to clarify the boundary between monitoring and policing.
