Le psoriasis est une pathologie chronique, parfois affichante, qui affecte grandement la qualité de vie. Le pharmacien d’officine doit prendre le relais du thérapeute pour que le patient puisse comprendre au mieux les enjeux du traitement et y adhérer, afin que l’observance soit optimale. Il doit aussi l’accompagner dans la gestion quotidienne de sa pathologie.

Psoriasis is a chronic pathology, which can sometimes be very noticeable and greatly affects the quality of life. The pharmacist must take over from the therapist so that the patient can better understand the issues of the treatment and adhere to it, in order to ensure optimal compliance. He must also accompany the patient in the daily management of his pathology.
