In this video I present a case of a patient with SLAC wrist.
It's shown how to arthroscopically examinate the wrist joint and when to decide for proximal row carpectomy or 4 corner fusion.
After that, it is explained how to debride the joint cartilage and fix the carpal bones.
I usually maintain the scaphoid during debridement. But, with a tiny incision it's resected before the fixation.
I’ve published a note in the Brazilian Orthopaedic Journal explaining how to use the TH portal to debride the volar carpal bones cartilage and I show it in the video.
The video ends with the case post-operative result.
