The right andro-sexological counselling has to consider the use of standardization parameters that can give the doctor even if not specialist a useful parameter for observation and first diagnosis about sexual troubles. Aim validating a new sexological questionnaire about the degree of sexual satisfaction “Orgasm” 2006: 139 patients performing andro-sexological counselling and the IIDSP questionnaire International Index of the degree of sexual pleasure in 29 item Both the questions and the answers were coloured in red and blue, and to each question were assigned 3 points. The final result was classified in 6 dominoes (±20±40±60) The positive value in the dominoes was: light sexual satisfaction ±20 (the patient doesn’t feel/feels completely satisfied of his sexual life because of a psychogenic cause) ±40 (the patient feels a lot/little satisfied of his sexual life because of a psychogenic-organic cause) ±60 (the patient has a very good/very bad sexual life because of a organic cause)

The conclusions in each dominos were. p<0.005.The questionnaire, elaborated to classify the problems of orgasm, has obtained a statistically efficient distribution among the organic and psychogenic causes. The easy administration patient/doctor, as well as the possibility of its use by patients with low schooling level and colour-blind, made the questionnaire easy to use and to understand to the not specialized doctor in order to identify sexual troubles that can be organic or not.
