Résumé |
Introduction |
L’informatisation du circuit des préparations permet de sécuriser leur processus. L’objectif de ce travail était d’élaborer un cahier des charges pour l’évaluation, en vue de son acquisition, d’un progiciel de gestion des préparations, conforme aux bonnes pratiques de préparation (BPP).
Méthodes |
Une analyse rétrospective des incidents, menée sur le circuit des préparations de quatre pharmacies à usage intérieur a permis de compléter les fonctionnalités du cahier des charges. Ce dernier a été envoyé aux fournisseurs du marché francophone afin d’évaluer la conformité des progiciels aux exigences des BPP et leurs réponses à nos besoins.
Résultats |
L’analyse des incidents montre que l’informatisation aurait pu réduire leur survenue de 50 % à 98 %. Deux progiciels sont actuellement commercialisés : BP’Prep® (Accoss) et Prep's® (Computer Engineering, non stérile). Deux logiciels internes ont été évalués : Panoramix et Prépa. Prep's®, BP’Prep®, Panoramix et Prépa répondent respectivement à 91 %, 90 %, 62 % et 21 % des fonctionnalités requises par les BPP et à 93 %, 83 %, 54 % et 15 % des fonctionnalités facultatives.
Conclusion |
L’évaluation des progiciels disponibles sur le marché francophone a montré que les deux progiciels commercialisés répondent de façon satisfaisante aux BPP.

Introduction |
Computerization allows enhanced security in the compounding process. The objective of this work was to map out the specifications for the evaluation, in order to purchase a compounding pharmacy software, complying with the French good preparation practices (GPP).
Methods |
A retrospective analysis, led on the compounding process of four French hospital pharmacies, allowed to complete the functionalities of the specifications. These specifications were sent to the different editors present on the French-speaking market in order to assess their compliance to GPP and their meeting to our needs.
Results |
The analysis of incidents showed that computerization could reduce their occurrence from 50% to 98%. Two softwares are currently commercialized: BP’Prep® (Accoss) and Prep's® (Computer Engineering, non-sterile). Two internal softwares were evaluated: Panoramix and Prepa. Prep's®, BP’Prep®, Panoramix and Prepa respond respectively to 91%, 90%, 62% and 21% of functionalities required by GPP and to 93%, 83%, 54% and 15% of facultative functionalities.
Conclusion |
The evaluation of softwares available on the French-speaking market showed that the two commercialized softwares respond by a satisfactory manner to GPP.
