Résumé

Les duplications coliques sont extrêmement rares chez l’enfant et les localisations colorectales sont les plus rares des duplications digestives. Elles sont le plus souvent diagnostiquées au cours des premières années de la vie. Nous rapportons un cas de duplication colique chez un nourrisson de 9 mois révélée au cours d’une occlusion intestinale par fécalome. À travers cette observation, nous discutons les principaux aspects diagnostiques et thérapeutiques de ce type de malformation.

Summary

Colonic duplications are very rare in children. With rectal duplications, they are the rarest locations of alimentary tract duplications, most often diagnosed in the first years of life. We report an unusual case of colic duplication with fecal impaction in a 9-month-old boy revealed by intestinal obstruction. We discuss the main diagnostic and therapeutic aspects of this malformation.
