Blastomycoid sporotrichosis : Response to low-dose amphotericin B

A patient is described with a large verrucous lesion of sporotrichosis of 7 years' duration, resembling North American blastomycosis. The observed change over two untreated years is described. The patient responded to significantly less than recommended doses of amphotericin B.
