Decreased lymphocyte blastogenic responses in patients with multiple basal cell carcinoma - 07/10/17
Résumé |
Fourteen patients with multiple basal cell carcinomas were immunologically evaluated by measuring lymphocyte blastogenic response to concanavalin A. Patient responses were compared to the age- and sex-matched controls. There was a statistically significant (p < 0.02) reduction in the mean peak lymphocyte stimulation in the patient group. The possible etiology and significance of these findings are discussed.
