Dyskeratosis congenita: An autosomal dominant disorder - 07/10/17

Dyskeratosis congenita is a mesoectodermal disorder classically presenting with leukokeratosis of the mucous membrane, dystrophy of the nails, and reticulate hyperpigmentation of the skin. In this report, we describe a family in which this syndrome is transmitted in an autosomal dominant fashion and in which multisystemic involvement is well illustrated.
