Huge pigmented and sharply demarcated chorioretinal lesion of about six papillary diameters involving the macular area in the right eye, evocative of inactive chorioretinal toxoplasmosis in a 21-year-old man with a history of infantile nystagmus and low visual acuity since first months of his life.
