ECG tracing in lead D1 in a newborn.The sinus rate (P-waves) is at 120/mn and the rate ventricular rate (QRS) is at 60/mn due to a functional 2 :1 AVB. The QT interval is very long (QTc = 510 ms). One out of two sinus atrial beats occurs during the ventricular refractory period.
