A 77 year-old woman was admitted in our hospital because of faintness, dizziness and nausea with a suspected inferior myocardial infarction on electrocardiogram. She complained of chest pain for many years and was recently found hypertensive. Blood tests showed a troponin raised to 1.5ng/ml. A prompt coronary angiogram revealed a fistula between the LAD and the pulmonary artery. A multislice CT scan helped to localize the anevrysmal ending where this tortuous fistula drained into the pulmonary artery. Coils were then successfully inserted in the aneurysm. In this case, CT scan was very helpful for therapeutic management of the patient (figure 1).
