Figure 1. Manométrie biliaire : le zéro représente la pression duodénale. Le cathéter est d'abord dans la voie biliaire (gradient cholédoco-duodénal) puis retiré au niveau du sphincter d'Oddi (contraction phasique et pression basale) puis ramené dans le duodénum.
