Cet article fait le point sur les principales indications diagnostiques et thérapeutiques de la chirurgie thoracoscopique pédiatrique. Les auteurs rappellent les particularités de cette chirurgie chez l’enfant en termes d’anatomie, d’anesthésie et d’analgésie postopératoires. Pour des équipes expérimentées, la majorité des lésions pleurales, médiastinales et pulmonaires peuvent être abordées par thoracoscopie.
