Les méningites aseptiques induites par les médicaments constituent un événement rare, rencontré principalement chez le sujet ayant une maladie auto-immune. Nous rapportons la première observation de méningite aseptique induite par le léflunomide chez un patient atteint de polyarthrite rhumatoïde.

Abstract

Drug-induced aseptic meningitis is uncommon and occurs primarily in patients with autoimmune disease. We report the first known case of leflunomide-induced aseptic meningitis, in a patient with rheumatoid arthritis.
