Résumé

Nous rapportons un cas de syndrome d’Ogilvie post-césarienne. Nous relatons l’algorithme de prise en charge que nous avons suivi. L’application de cet algorithme pourrait permettre une prise en charge plus efficace des patientes et ainsi éviter un traitement radical en urgence.

Abstract

We report a case of acute postcesarean colonic pseudo-obstruction (Ogilvie’s syndrome). We report the treatment algorithm we followed. Recording to this algorithm may improve the treatment of this pathology and perhaps avoid surgical treatment in emergency.
