A case of subcutaneous cysticercosis (Cysticercus cellulosae cutis) - 05/09/11
Abstract |
Cysticercosis is an infection resulting from the larval form of the pork tapeworm, and domestic infection is rare in Japan. We report a case of Cysticercus cellulosae cutis in a Japanese woman who was thought to be infected in an endemic area and offer a brief review of the literature. (J Am Acad Dermatol 2000;43:538–40.)
