Cutaneous presentation of posttransplant lymphoproliferative disorder

Posttransplant lymphoproliferative disorder (PTLD) is a known complication of solid organ and bone marrow transplantation. However, cutaneous manifestation is an extremely rare phenomenon of this disorder. We describe a lung transplantation patient with cutaneous PTLD who presented with bilateral extremity nodules and fever. (J Am Acad Dermatol 2000;42:923-6.)
