Résumé

Les modifications de flore intestinale au cours des MICI pourraient participer aux anomalies de la réponse immunitaire constatées au cours de ces maladies. Les essais cliniques n'ont pas montré d'effet significatif, en dehors des pochites.

Abstract

The modifications of intestinal flora during IBD could take part in the anomalies of the immunizing answer noted during these diseases. The clinical trials did not show a significant effect, apart from pouchitis.
