L'incidence des grossesses gémellaires a fortement augmenté depuis plus de 20ans. Le risque théorique d'anomalies chromosomiques y est plus élevé. Les patientes porteuses de grossesses gémellaires doivent pouvoir faire l'objet, au même titre que les singletons, après demande du couple, d'un dépistage des anomalies chromosomiques. Ce travail passe en revue les différents outils mis à notre disposition actuellement et leurs limites respectives.

The incidence of twins has dramatically increased in the last two decades. The theorical risk of aneuploidy is higher than in singletons. Screening for aneuploidies should be offered in all twin pregnancies. This review examines the current methods and evidence regarding screening for fetal aneuploidies in twin pregnancies.
