. Exercise echocardiography in a 68-year-old man with a positive exercise ECG without symptoms. The quad-screen format apical four-chamber view depicts a typical RA-HA sign as a horizontal displacement of the apex toward right. During recovery (25 seconds later), the sign is always present but very subtle. The coronary angiography demonstrated a tight stenosis of the left circumflex artery.

. Exercise echocardiography in a 71-year-old woman who suffered exercise dyspnoea. The quad-screen format apical four-chamber view shows poor image quality but a RA-HA sign is clearly visible at peak stress. A 90% stenosis of the left circumflex artery and a 70% stenosis of the left descending artery were present at angiography.
