A case of extragenital lichen sclerosus following Blaschko's lines - 13/06/12
Abstract |
Extragenital lichen sclerosus is most common on the neck, shoulders, and upper portion of the trunk. A 20-year-old Korean man had asymptomatic, well-demarcated, linear violaceous plaques on the left lateral chest, in a pattern corresponding to the lines of Blaschko. We describe a case with a pattern of extragenital lichen sclerosus following Blaschko's lines. (J Am Acad Dermatol 2000;43:903-4.)
