Patiente de 54ans, hypertendue, avec signes d’artériosclérose : accentuation du reflet artériolaire et signe du croisement, à fort risque de pré-thrombose temporale supérieure du fait des croisements artério-veineux répétés à ce niveau (Figure 1).
