Le(la) diététicien(ne) a un rôle primordial dans l’optimisation de la nutrition entérale (NE) chez le patient dénutri en périopératoire. Lors d’une prise en charge nutritionnelle préopératoire, le(la) diététicien(ne) peut anticiper une NE précoce postopératoire chez le patient opéré digestif nécessitant un suivi nutritionnel.

The dietician plays a key role to optimize enteral nutrition (EN) during perioperative period. In undernourished patient undergoing digestive surgery and needing nutritional follow-up, during the preoperative nutritional care, the dietician can anticipate an early postoperative EN.
