Résumé |
Introduction |
Discussion |
Conclusion |

Introduction |
Regulatory requirements for the training of pharmacy technicians, particularly in the field of injectable cancer drugs, are becoming increasingly stringent.
Materials and methods |
In order to create a training plan in our pharmaco-technology unit, a literature review was conducted to identify existing training tools. They were classified according to their category (educational films, simulation tools, e-learning, quizzes, games), type of training (initial and/or continuing) and their applicability (direct, intermediate, complex).
Results |
Seventeens training tools were listed, including 4 films, 6 simulation tools, 3 e-learning courses, 2 quizzes and 2 games.
Discussion |
Numerous training materials are available and can be used by all pharmaco-technology units, including very elaborated simulation tools or very comprehensive e-learning courses. These tools make it possible to dynamize pharmacy technicians’ training in a playful and innovative way. They often suit both initial and continuing training, which offers several opportunities of integration into a training plan, an example of which is presented.
Conclusion |
Each unit will have to adapt its training plan to its own organisation and practice in order to secure the injectable anticancer drugs circuit.
