Résumé |
L’objectif de cet article est d’exposer les caractéristiques anatomo-cliniques et histologiques des différentes gastropathies toxiques, médicamenteuses et vasculaires auxquelles peut être confronté le pathologiste lors de l’analyse de biopsies gastriques.
Nous aborderons dans cet article différents types de gastropathies médicamenteuses (les gastropathies réactionnelles, induites par les inhibiteurs de la pompe à protons, par les thérapies ferriques, par les résines échangeuses d’ions, par la colchicine, par les taxanes, par l’acide mycopyhénolique, après radio-embolisation et chimio-embolisation), la gastropathie radique, la calcinose gastrique et les gastropathies vasculaires (ectasie vasculaire gastrique antrale et gastropathie d’hypertension portale).

The aim of this paper is to describe the clinicopathological features of toxic, medicamentous and vascular gastropathies, the pathologists can sometimes have to deal with during the micoscopic examination of gastric biopsies.
We describe in this paper various drug-induced gastropathies (reactive gastropathy, proton-pump inhibitor gastropathy, iron medication induced gastropathy, sodium polystyrene gastropathy, colchicin gastropathy, taxans gastropathy, Yttrium 90 microspheres induced gastropathy, mycophenolic acid gastropathy, radioembolisation and chimioembolisation induced gastropathy), radiation-induced gastropathy, gastric calcinosis, and vascular gastropathies (gastric antral vascular ectasia and portal hypertensive gastropathy).
