ANALYSE FONCTIONNELLE D’UN CAS D’ANXIÉTÉ DE SÉPARATION : APPORTS ET LIMITES D’UNE INTERVENTION IN SITU - 28/02/08
L’anxiété de séparation est une donnée normale du développement de l’enfant. Lorsqu’elle empêche le fonctionnement normal du sujet, on parle de l’anxiété de séparation comme d’un trouble. Un cas clinique est présenté ici : une analyse fonctionnelle a été réalisée et une intervention a été proposée à la mère d’une petite fille de 24 mois. L’intervention visait à favoriser les séparations harmonieuses entre une mère et sa fille. Les résultats sont discutés à la lumière des théories comportementales et cognitives.
Functional analysis of separation anxiety: contributions and limits of a case study |
Separation anxiety is considered as a normal element of a infant’s development. Nevertheless, when it prevents the subject from functioning normally, separation anxiety is considered as a disorder. A case study is presented: after functional analysis was carried-out, a behavioral intervention was proposed to the mother of a 24 month-old girl. The purpose of this intervention was to promote harmonious separation of the mother and her daughter. The results are discussed according to behavioral and cognitive theories.
