Le dispositif Moleculight i:X™ est un nouvel appareil d’imagerie en temps réel. Le principe de cet appareil d’imagerie repose sur l’autofluorescence des bactéries et des tissus, permettant une interprétation de photographie mettant en avant la présence bactérienne. Le Moleculight i:X™ semble, selon les résultats de cette analyse, être un nouvel outil pouvant apporter au clinicien des informations supplémentaires à l’orientation diagnostique de l’infection d’une plaie. Cet appareil d’imagerie reposant sur la fluorescence des bactéries et des tissus permet une interprétation de photo mettant en avant la présence bactérienne.

The Moleculight i:X™ device is a new real-time imaging device. The principle of this imaging device is based on the autofluorescence of bacteria and tissues allowing a photo interpretation highlighting the bacterial presence. Moleculight i:X™ seems, according to the results of this analysis, to be a new tool that can provide the clinician with additional information on the diagnostic orientation of a wound infection. The introduction of a new real-time imaging device, Moleculight i:X™, provides an additional tool in the diagnostic orientation of an infected wound. This imaging device based on the fluorescence of bacteria and tissues allows a photo interpretation highlighting the bacterial presence.
