Le traitement actuel repose sur l'interféron alpha et deux analogues des purines : la pentostatine et la cladribine. Les modalités de traitement, les taux de réponses et les effets indésirables de ces médicaments retrouvés dans la littérature sont présentés.

La loi Huriet a donné au pharmacien un rôle important dans la conduite des essais cliniques, en lui conférant certaines obligations de base. Mais d'autres prestations, effectuées à la demande du promoteur ou sur l'initiative du pharmacien, sont rarement mises en valeur, en dépit de temps et de l'investissement consacrés à leur réalisation. Nous avons soumis à l'évaluation ces prestations pharmaceutiques puis procédé à une estimation de leur coût afin de privilégier par la suite les interventions les plus utiles et de sensibiliser les laboratoires pharmaceutiques promoteurs ainsi que l'administration hospitalière à leur prise en charge dans la convention établie pour un essai.

In france in 1988, the "Huriet" act gave to the hospital pharmacist a major role in the process of clinical trials, by conferring him (or her) some basic obligations. But the others services, made at the request of the sponsor or on the initiative of the pharmacist, are seldom highlighted, in spite of time and of the investment being dedicated to them. We assessed these pharmaceutical services and then proceeded to their cost evaluation. We plan to concretise these points in the agreement established between the sponsor and the hospital direction for each clinical trial.
