z Avec la crise de la Covid-19, le service de réanimation de l’hôpital Nord Franche-Comté (Territoire de Belfort) a été confronté comme beaucoup d’autres à un nombre croissant de mises en décubitus ventral de patients présentant un syndrome de détresse respiratoire aiguë z La création d’une “team décubitus ventral” interprofessionnelle a permis d’optimiser les prises en soins de ces patients gravissimes en apportant des moyens humains et une expertise kinésithérapique, tant dans le positionnement des malades que dans l’essai de matériel.

With the Covid-19 crisis, the intensive care unit of the Nord Franche-Comté hospital (90) was confronted like many others with an increasing number of patients presenting with acute respiratory distress syndrome who were placed in prone position. The creation of an interprofessional “prone position team” has allowed us to optimise the care of these very serious patients by providing human resources and physiotherapy expertise, both in the positioning of patients and in the testing of equipment.
