Cutaneous leukocytoclastic vasculitis leading to extensive digital necrosis as the only COVID-19 clinical manifestation - 26/03/26

Abstract |
Digital necrosis is now a well-established complication of COVID-19 infection, but data are sparse regarding the pathophysiology. After histologic confirmation of vasculitis, the patient was given methylprednisolone leading to an improvement that enabled limited amputation.
