We present a case of a 31-year-old male with a past ocular history significant for keratoconus in both eyes, who underwent Deep Anterior Lamellar Keratoplasty (DALK) for his left eye and experienced graft-host interface neovascularization and interface hemorrhage as a complication. He was treated initially with removal of sutures and optimization of the ocular surface followed by subconjunctival bevacizumab, which subsequently improved his hemorrhage and neovascularization.

Nous présentons le cas d’un homme de 31 ans avec des antécédents oculaires significatifs de kératocône dans les deux yeux, qui a subi une kératoplastie lamellaire antérieure profonde (DALK) de son œil gauche, et qui a subi une néovascularisation à l’interface greffon-hôte et une hémorragie à l’interface en tant que complication. Il a d’abord été traité avec le retrait des sutures et l’optimisation de la surface oculaire, suivis du bevacizumab sous-conjonctival qui a par la suite amélioré son hémorragie et sa néovascularisation.
