En groupe de réflexion éthique, en s’inscrivant en particulier dans une approche d’éthique clinique, les séances commencent généralement par le récit d’une situation clinique qui fait l’objet d’une analyse permettant de faire émerger des pistes réflexives mais également de transformation des pratiques. L’objet de la réflexion ici sera de questionner les enjeux narratifs propres au récit de situation, allant de l’identification d’une situation émergeant d’un malaise éthique, vers le choix des mots ou au contraire les silences, jusqu’à la lecture, et donc la réception de ce récit. Nous explorerons alors l’hypothèse selon laquelle le récit, de son écriture à sa lecture est porteur d’une densité sémantique et pragmatique qui mérite une attention littéraire.

In an ethics discussion group, particularly one adopting a clinical ethics approach, sessions generally begin with the presentation of a clinical case, which is then analysed to identify avenues for reflection and, indeed, for changing practice. The aim of the reflection here will be to examine the narrative issues specific to the situational account, ranging from the identification of a situation arising from an ethical dilemma, through the choice of words or, conversely, the silences, to the reading, and thus the reception, of this account. We will then explore the hypothesis that the narrative, from its writing to its reading, carries a semantic and pragmatic density that merits literary attention.
