How I transfer the EPI to EPL with Walant - 13/12/24

Abstract |
In this video, I present a case of a patient with EPL rupture after Distal radius fracture surgery.
It's shown how to do the Walant anesthesia.
After that, it is rarvested the EPI, pulled to the wrist and transferred to the EPL.
It's interesting to evaluate the tendon tension transfer and test it will not rupture or fail after the tenorrhaphy.
The video ends with the final results.
