Le programme Croq’Santé d’éducation alimentaire et nutritionnelle est proposé dans les écoles. Il s’achève par une journée festive appelée Touche finale, dans les locaux d’Antéïa, durant laquelle les enfants préparent et dégustent ensemble leur recette revisitée. Cependant, au regard de l’augmentation du nombre de classes participantes et d’autres limites, comme le faible nombre de parents présents et l’absence d’implication des classes non bénéficiaires du programme, les promoteurs ont analysé la possibilité d’organiser cette journée festive directement dans les établissements. Le retour d’expérience a montré un besoin d’adaptation du programme Croq’Santé. Après recueil des réticences, la flexibilité de l’organisation et la création d’outils spécifiques pour les acteurs de terrain ont permis la relocalisation de la Touche finale et l’entière satisfaction des participants.

The Croq’Santé food and nutrition education program is offered in schools. It culminates in a festive day called Touche Finale, held at Antéïa’s premises, during which the children prepare and taste their revisited recipes together. However, given the increase in the number of participating classes and other limitations, such as the low number of parents present and the lack of involvement of classes not benefiting from the program, the promoters analyzed the possibility of organizing this festive day directly in the schools. Feedback showed a need to adapt the Croq’Santé program. After gathering reservations, the flexibility of the organization and the creation of specific tools for those involved in the field made it possible to relocate the Touche Finale and ensure the complete satisfaction of the participants.
