La laryngectomie totale est une chirurgie curative visant l’ablation complète du larynx en cas de cancer. La communication entre l’Ibode, le chirurgien et l’anesthésiste est essentielle pour sécuriser l’intervention. L’Ibode y joue un rôle clé dans la gestion des risques et la coordination de l’équipe opératoire.
